Teneo Accounts Useless !

I am extremely disappointed in Teneo once again. The accounts department live up to their noncomplying system! Every year is a problem. Like, all the other parents, I have paid on time and the correct amounts, however the accounts department have not allocated the correct amounts to where they need to go. Now my sons log in has been suspended and he starts exams on Monday. I have paid all the matric fees etc, now I dont even know if he will be accepted / rejected to write his matric by Teneo because of the accounts department. This is all their fault. I am a stress ball happening. This is my sons education they are playing with. At the end of the day : ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT - DO YOUR DAM JOB! I probably will receive a reply to say this has been "escalated", Yes, the tickets say so as well and then BOOM, suspended!! Where is the escalation now?
