Teneo - Accounts
Teneo online school offers a good solution for the education of our kids. The academic department goes out of its way to ensure our kids receive high-standard tutoring. The dilemma is the financial department. We were quoted a monthly fee of R1799 and ended up with R 2135 per month. The financial department refuses to resolve this and can also not issue me with a formal statement. Teneo is not accessible to complaints and does not take responsibility for their actions. I do refer to the accounting department. The so call portal is also not effective and it is just another way to “Not respond” to complaints.

Communication regarding the expansion of the payment options for tuition fees, was sent out to all parents. We acknowledge there have been some teething problems in the implementation, of the new payment systems, and the technical issues experienced have resulted in support queries.
The significant upgrade to Teneo's core enrolment systems at the end of 2022, which was necessitated by the launch of our expanded academic offerings for 2023, resulted in Teneo straddling two multiple systems simultaneously, with new tuition fee pricing and payment options. This challenging transition was complex and impacted account reconciliation, causing some delays in query resolution while migrating to the new accounting systems. The accounts team, is focused on resolving this as timeously as possible.
