STRESSFUL FOR A 15 YEAR OLD WHO WANTS TO LEARN - NO LESSONS AVAILABLE!
Firstly, my rating is zero stars. Secondly my son is registered for grade 10 this year and he has not started any work. There is nothing in his calendar, just the stupid Induction over and over. My son is being sponsored and I assured the person that this is a good investment. How embarrassing. How embarrassing! Is there even a teacher or a parent or a learner who can come forward and speak please. Please speak to the new parents, we need your advice and the TRUTH!

We have investigated your query, and our system reflects that you logged two tickets on the 2nd of February asking for assistance as your child's calendar was empty and the courses needed to be loaded. Teneo responded on the 3rd to say the query had been escalated to the relevant department to request that courses be loaded, which according to our system was resolved as you logged a new ticket on the 5th of February requesting assistance with submitting an assignment.
