School still hasn't started!
I'm extremely disappointed. School still hasn't started and no communication from the school. Everyday my children are waiting for a school schedule and the Calender is still empty. What's going on there? Both my children and my sisters child are enrolled and we are all experiencing the same problem. 😡

Our system reflects your query has now been resolved.
We launched our expanded 2023 academic offerings necessitating a significant upgrade to our enrolment platform, tuition fees pricing and payment options. As a result of the new offerings, all existing 2022 students and new admissions were required to enroll on our new enrolment platform. We sent out numerous communications to existing parents via PowerSchool, email and Whatsapp, advising parents of the requirements to select between the different schooling options that best suited their families needs and how to go about doing this. If a student’s enrolment was not completed, we would not know which schooling option was selected and which courses to load for that student, therefore no 2023 courses could be loaded. In addition, some parents may have inadvertently selected the HomeSchool option which is pre-recorded lessons only and as a result the student's courses are loaded but there are no lessons on the 'Calendar'. If parents made this choice in error we communicated how to change from the current schooling option to the preferred schooling option.
To rectify any missing courses that are unrelated to selection of the HomeSchool option, parents would need to complete the enrolment and select the schooling option. We have sent out multiple communications advising parents of this and how to rectify the situation. In many cases we loaded courses for students to prioritize getting them into class on time regardless of the incomplete enrolment information. If we became aware of students that should be in class where enrolment was incomplete, we endeavoured to ensure that all students were minimally impacted by this and placed into school on a priority basis. While these challenges persisted, we implemented a fast-track channel and extra academic support to assist affected students to quickly get into class and catch up any missed work, as well as a work-around process to progress and finalise enrolments.
Sincerely
