School fees paid but no access to classes. Teneo is a *******, disrupting a childs future.
We have received confirmation that the Application fees and Registration for Rone Faro was successful on 15 January 2023. However Rone is still not able to log in and classes has started already. We have sent numerous emails, called in and no one is able to assist us. We have received a ticket number (211100) 4 days ago but yet no feedback. Rone is losing out on school work and no one from Teneo cares. This is Rone's education and future that is being disrupted. Teneo is representing ********* behavior by accepting moneys and not allowing students to log on their systems. We need feedback urgently. Either the money must be refunded back to us and we need to look for a new school or we need access to the classes in order for Rone to attend classes. This is really unacceptable as Teneo is disrupting a childs future!

As we know all systems and transitions can be challenging at times, which is why we have consistently kept communications open about the backlog we are experiencing.
In many cases, parents are still logging duplicated identical queries via all these channels simultaneously. The demand placed on our staff to respond to the unprecedented volume of queries from new and existing parents is significant and as a result, is causing delays in some responses.
