Sad and disappointed

Very big Irritation with any kind of Admin and payments to Teneo School. Their learning portal has no value to my student and any kind of feedback disappears in a big black hole. If you ask them to phone you they just never bother. After several attempts at phoning them myself they lead you about the bush and never get you through to the correct people. Very disappointed. :(
