REVIEW TENEO SCHOOL

Very dissapointed and dissatisfied. I hope someone can look into this please. My child went over to teneo during the outbreak of corona. We experienced problems with internet and power during that time aswell so she missed like 3 exams. also my child could not submit all her report cards from her previous school which was a great school and she always did well there, they did not give us a proper report and when I tried to contact them they dont reply. Now they want to keep her a year behind unfairly. Also they dont respond to my tickets.. i get ticket numbers and no replies. Please please look into this.
