Report cards

We paid our fees late, because my husband clients paid late. So I ask the school several times when we can get the report cards. So on the 17th I receive an mail to say that as soon as my fees is up to date (against the law to witheld any report cards), I will then receive the report cards. Up to today no report cards. My kids can't even enjoy their holidays. Please I really need someones help
