Refund of my money

Good day my son was with Teneo online school but I had to cancel because of the load shedding during the day because it was everyday and I paid a month in advance. They agreed a month ago that they'll refund me, and the past 2 weeks I spent a lot of my airtime everyday to call them and everyday they are telling me a story and lies. Wednesday I spoke to the Accounts Manager named Shaun and he promised me I'll get my money like in yesterday today the latest and yet here I am with still nothing. I spoke to him in the morning he was supposed to come back to me and now they are closed. The amount is R2135.00 those people are very unprofessional and is just lieing a lot I Realy regret by going to them.
