Poor service
This school since March I hv been waiting for my refunds. The is so useless ND poor.

Teneo processes all refunds using the same standard procedures for all of our customers. Refunds are handled in batches after routine administrative and financial checks have been completed. Please note that refunds are not processed immediately upon customer request due to the administrative and reconciliation process that is required.
We are currently investigating this matter further and will provide an update as soon as possible.
