Poor administrative support

As much as I can appreciate the quality education offered by the school, my greatest concern is how immensely the administration staff lacks empathy, urgency and all right, professionalism for dealing with parents and learners. Teneo is very business minded and as an academic institution, you better believe that's not always a good thing 🙄🙄 Do better Teneo, your admin and support division needs to be properly managed! This as you can see on all social platforms and reviews, is where you are lacking - big time!!
