We are a divorced family with twins. We as parents split the financial responsibility between each child so each parent pay for a child. This means each child has their own account for us to pay so we dont have to liase about moneys. We both pay the same school into the same account,the only difference is the accpunt numbers per child. My daughter also only joined a year later than her brother. Upon many requests- Teneo refuses to give us sibling discount because they are not on the same account or profile but with all proof, IDs, birth certificates, divorce certificates that they are siblings. ive been asking for a year! Teneo School is so fast to take and request your money and will block an account and refuse a child access to the school platform (which is *******) but when it comes to matters where they must help you, you will be very lucky if you get hold of anyone or any response. Or that they will help. Simple and frequent answer- the system wont allow it, the system the system!
