Payment allocation TFC24585 and urgent acces to system to be reinstated ASAP

I have been paying school fees which is not reflecting on the billing statement of my daughter.

I have lodged a complaint 2 weeks back on canvas app which was told that it has been sent to the relevant department. Yntil to date nothing has been done instead she is denied access on the school system and yet she is writing exams on monday.

Also her account has billed for january and yet she started school in feb. Jan should have been credited including the r9000+ whinch i have sent proof of payment for 2 weeks ago.

It is dissapointing that a complaint could take song and a child is logged out of the system while writing exams. Ticket no that is unresolved is ***.
