It is such a travesty that all the exceptional work done by the teachers in dispensing amazing education to children is so meticulously undone by this school atrocious and nonexistent support. They choose to hide behind a single support email through which all parents must communicate with the school and then compound the issue by not employing sufficient staff to manage the mailbox to provide appropriate support in a timeous manner. It really is disgusting what this organisation makes parents go through in order to get the mediocre support after waiting for over a week for a response and you only get a response if you log the same ticket at least 4 times. It is so clear that the administrative and leadership departments hide their ineffective systems and processes combined with their inability to manage the support and admin systems behind a single mailbox with no escalation path in existence to make their own lives easier. Yet they are quick to threaten to lock you and you children out of their systems if things are not as they want it, regardless if you have open tickets that they themselves have not services or not. This organisation needs new IT and Management leadership to regain control of this organisation, processes, and systems to rescue the nonexistent relationship with its clients.
