Not that great

They take forever to respond to messages, and they don't take criticism well. When you call them out, they make excuses or respond rudely. Their service is mediocre at best. I must admit, there were a few teachers who were absolutely amazing. Yet at the same time there were teachers who couldn't be bothered to be nice to students. Sometimes they used to make a big fuss about it when we asked them to upload the notes, atleast Teneo sorted that issue out after several complaints. I also had a teacher in Gr.11 who had absolutely no idea about the subject he was supposed to be teaching us (luckily we had a genius kid in class who helped us all).

It feels to me and several other students that they only care about marketing their business to get more student enrollments and money. Their systems can't handle the amount of students, and last year us matrics suffered through it because we struggled to receive our marks on the date that the school said we would.

I'm glad that I finished with Teneo and high-school. Goodluck to everyone else, I hope they improve their services.
