No response from accounts department while my child is missing school.

TFC22862: My school fees are not behind...I keep on sending POP'S, emails, tickets...My daughter don't have access to school and exams starts next week. You can't get hold of anybody at the accounts department to sort this out. How can a school put a child in this situation...my child is so stressed...Teneo please put the needs of a child first!!!
