No communication or support
School opens today yet nobody answers phones or emails. Students still can't access any platforms. This is what happens annually, so prepare for at least a month of struggle before you are able to begin your year.

We want to remind all parents that the first week back at school is strictly used for the induction and onboarding processes of our Learning Management System, and all students must have received their sign-in credentials by now.
We would also like to emphasize that we have several support channels available to both parents and students for any queries or concerns. These channels include phone, Family Portal for logging support tickets, and our Live Support channel, which utilizes real-time video chat and is available Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 9:30 am and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
However, we have noticed an increasing number of parents submitting multiple inquiries through all our support channels simultaneously, causing delays in our responses. We urge parents to refrain from doing this to prevent any backlog.
