No communication and no login details
Today is the first day of school and I have not received login details as promised. I am on hold for 30mins and no one answers. The WhatsApp chat function is completely useless

Please be advised that the login credentials have been distributed to students in batches and are accessible to all students across all phases. Furthermore, we would like to bring to your attention that we have provided comprehensive information regarding the support channels available to both parents and students in the event of any queries or concerns.
These support channels include email, phone, the Family Portal for logging support tickets, and our Live Support channel which offers real-time video chat. It is important to note that the Live Support channel is operational on Mon-Fri, 7:30 - 9:30 am and 2:00 - 4:00 pm.
It's important to note that our WhatsApp channel is exclusively reserved for new enrollment inquiries and is not intended to support already enrolled students.
