my daughter just started with Teneo
before she can attend class she needs to do 2 induction classes
she did the first one yesterday but had to wait for 2 hours to be told she has passed and can go to the 2nd induction class today
it started at 10:05 and she has not been sent login details
i try to contact online support which should be available but the host locked the session
so there is no way to be sypported
can someone from TENEO contact me immediately

The induction classes are hosted on the Learning Management System and are only accessible if the student has their log in credentials. So if she was able to attend the first one, she should be able to attend the first one. The zoom link will be in her calendar.
We highly recommend that parents also attend Canvas 101 (the induction class) in order to understand the ins and outs of online schooling as the LMS underpins the user and academic experience.
