My son recently had an issue with his laptop and he lost files, and also missed deadlines, but önce we got his laptop back, Chris Du Toit from Teneo Education technical support was promptly there to assist us. I just emailed them and within minutes Chris sent us a zoom link and helped my son get logged in again só that he didn't have to miss out on school work. Just so pleased with their service and the fact that we didn't have to wait. Really impressive. And thanks again to Chris Du Toit for all his help and patience 🙏🏻
