MAJOR COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS

I emailed Teneo at the end of January regarding an account issue and they only got back to me middle March... EXTREMELY slow response - not acceptable! I also contacted them with a question about possible participation in a Chess tournament as a learner of Teneo on the 2nd of February and I have not received ANY response about that. Communication and response times are a real drag in 2022.
