Lack of support
I’m really disappointed in the support that we have received. We are new to Teneo. My son was given a 0 for his maths exam because he did not submit his exam in pdf format. No effort made to contact parents. When the marking process was complete it was school holiday and when the new term started and we enquired, we were told we were too late for enquiries.

In Canvas 101, all students are instructed and taught how to upload a PDF. In the Mathematics examination, the instructions clearly stated that the students must submit a PDF. This is a very necessary instruction to protect the academic integrity of the examination. The Exam Connect gives assistance to students during the examination should there be any technical difficulties or doubt.
