Lack of care
Teneo is a wonderful idea but the system does not care about its stakeholders. There is poor response when parents have queries. The school system is only concerned about failing the kids. Poor interaction with stakeholders.

We have many touchpoints where parents can interact with us to get assistance and support including, the daily Connect sessions where you can chat face-to-face with a support consultant. We highly recommend attending this session (available through the Learning Management System) to get the support you need as we find many parents are benefit from the direct interaction and assistance given in these sessions.
