Just after covid19 things were tough and our family was presented with an opportunity to work over seas on the worlds most remote inhabitant island in the world, Tristan Da Cunha. My daughter just started high school and we really wanted this opportunity for our family. We started looking into online schools and like some sort of miracle we saw a billboard of Teneo on the corner of Koeberg Rd and Section Street, CT. It felt like our prayers have been answered, little did I know coming to the Tristan would be a world of obstacles with internet service. We have great support from teachers during our travels being at sea for 11 days at a time, traveling back and forth. I wanted her to have a full day of classes and have the recordings for when we miss out on class and that is a true game changer. I love that idea cause you not really missing out, you just not present. Yes, school wasn't conventional but why be ordinary when you can be extraordinary.
