*********** AND USELESS!!!!

My daughter had no internet connection and missed two exam papers. We immediately made contact with Teneo, got a ticket number and then NOTHING! This was on the 16th of November already. When we followed up on our enquiry we were told that they already rewrote the exams - without notifying my daughter and there will not be an opportunity to write again. THIS IS HER FINAL EXAM FOR THE YEAR!!!!! We submitted the issue IMMEDIATELY and they did not respond. This will probably result in my daughter having to do this year all over wasting a year of her life, our money and guess who benefits from getting another year's school fees!!!!!
