I rated 4 stars because we are only human

I rated 4 stars because we are only human. However 5 stars when it comes to online school system. When problems do arise, Teneo always sorts it out and try to do better. Teneo has an excellent online system, and they always looking for ways to make learning better and fun. Grade 1. I do not have any complaints. The teachers since Grade R and now in Grade 1 have really made a positive impact in my little one's confidence. They allow and encourage them to interact and participate everyday in class. Even when technical challenges may happen with laptop or software update glitches, they are hands-on to assist. Those are Teneo foundation phase teachers. Please continue to look well after your hardworking Teachers Teneo. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
