I have regrets, do more research!
It's been a frustrating experience so far with no way to get assistance. The phone line is a continuous advert with no humans picking up and the Zoom option is a video on loop with no host to help and a growing number of ignored concerns. Two days of orientation and one day of school over and I still cannot access the platform. No support, accountability or apology from a clearly unprofessional institution.

19 Jan 2024, 16:53Live support, like the phone line, isn't being answered on your end and there are over 90 comments on the Zoom video indicating that dozens of families who have not had access to either orientation or classes. So it is a bold-faced lie that "all students" have completed it.
