I enrolled my son for term 4 I was forced to pay tuition fee upfront

I enrolled my son for term 4 I was forced to pay tuition fee upfront. He was told to attend Canvas Classes when trying to log in with details supp**** by them he was told log in details invalid. I sent emails, logged support tickets etc. No help received. Today they email me saying his enrollment had been canceled. No offer of a refund. I don't want a refund I want my son enrolled I paid for it. Their service is pathetic
