HORROR STORY OF NOTE!!!!!!!SERVICE - WHAT SERVICE......ABSOLUTE *******!!!

So, what an exhausting and frustrating journey with this good for nothing online school.......absolutely *******. I would mention the service but there is non. It's non-existent, to say the least. So we were promised the moon and the stars - well my poor daughter is now a whole month behind because they didn't allocate February's school fees. January, March and April went off on a debit order along with the MISSING February and the enrolment fees. in short they suspended our account and she couldn't continue with term 2 on the 3rd of April. I have been trying to reach them regarding the messed up account, which I reported in February when I got their notification that the account was in arrears and now we're in May and still no answer or feedback. I have requested a refund for April as I've had to now look for alternative schooling and pay enrolment, books and programs again. So from me to you, don't consider this online home school for your child, it was stressful for the parent but even more so for your child. STAY AWAY FROM TENEO HOME EDUCATION.
