Frustrated with no refund

I enrolled our Daugther with Teneo School and cancelled the registration on the 13th of December. They stated they would deduct R500 admin fee and refund the balance. It has been a month now and no refund has been made to us.. It is a nightmare with teneo school.. E-mails stating they would refund but no refund ever paid. Very frustrating and very poor service. Would not recommend this school at all.
