Frustrated
I am not having a great experience with the school at all and my kids are getting frustated being locked out from their school portal. Fees have been paid in time, yet we received an email that their accounts will be suspended. Even though I have sent through an email, they are slow to respond, there is no number to contact them. The WhatsApp messages are also being ignored. I am beginning to doubt my decision now.
