I've been waiting for a refund since July 2023. It's ben a year, no answers on the so called "Family Portal" ticket system. I finally got a hold of their financial department on *** 3 weeks ago, They told me to call them after a week to get an update on the process and now it is an automated call system that refers you to basic email that you also do not get any replies on.
I don't think I will ever see my money again.

At Teneo, we process all customer refunds in batches after completing normal administrative and finance checks. Please be aware that refunds are not processed immediately upon customer request due to the necessary administrative and reconciliation process.
