Extremely Frustrating Getting an Account Statement Out of Teneo

I have emailed them numerous times asking for a simple statement of my account. I was told to log into a family portal. It has a password reset option, but when I enter my email address and password reset, the password link just never arrives in my inbox. I once again asked them if they could just email me a copy of my statement. Now they tell me I have to log onto some Zoom link. I mean really? I just want an account statement please. How hard can that be? Please just email me one every month so that I know how much to pay instead of making me jump through numerous hoops that never work. This has been an extremely frustrating experience for me.
