Disgusted

I don't recommend this school. My son failed Grade 11 for the 2nd time with Teneo. It's all about money. There is no communication from teachers at all for the 2 year period. I called a meeting during term 3 as I waited for correspondence from the teachers. My account was blocked for R246.00 without any communication received from them that I owe the above amount. They lack communication, and they just don't care about the wellbeing of their students. Think twice before you sign your child up.................

Dear Lucinda

This is inaccurate as there is continuous communication to all parents throughout the year via email. The onus is on the parent to track their child's grades throughout the year via the Canvas Parent app - multiple email communications were sent out to parents encouraging all parents to use this app along with detailed instructions on how to install and set up. Through this app, parents are able to view submitted tests, examinations and projects. Therefore, they are able to track their child's progress in great detail.

All formal educational services provided by Teneo are provided through our learning management system, including the provision of reports. Reports for the 2023 academic year were made available through the learning management system in December 2023. To the extent that any parent or student is unable to access the learning management system, they should contact Teneo directly to resolve the issue.
It should be noted that access to the learning management system may be limited in certain circumstances in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to student enrolment.
Teneo has at all times acted within its contractual rights.

Thank you.

Yours sincerely,
Teneo Education

Reviewer Update
The truth will defend itself. The reviews, speak for it self.
All you basically advised that the school is systems based no interaction from teachers.
All you good at s collecting school fees & offer additional classes at a cost.
Now, what year will Teneo decide to release my son's transfer card or must I get the Department of Education involved?
