Communication!! What communication???
Communicating with Teneo is a breeze, UNTIL you hit a snag!
Almost all contact details when doing a google search are incorrect, there is no number to call without getting a machine on the other end with voice prompts for you to follow, which are utterly useless! The WhatsApp number I was given goes straight to a bot that sends a message saying I will be contacted which never happens.
I have logged a ticket on the parent portal and have been promised feedback, still waiting for that! I received one phone call promising feedback, still waiting for that as well. I have mailed every alias I can find, and still waiting for a response from at least one person on that alias. Requests for contact details of an escalation point are blatantly ignored.
And another day has passed with no response to my mails and promises made to provide feedback today not fulfilled.
I am at my wits end, the term has started and this has been going on for weeks!
I feel like I have no other choice but to write this review to get your attention and a resolution to my issue. This is not something I really want to do, in fact I feel bad for doing this, I just don't know how else I can get assistance.

It was all systems go & all hands on deck on Friday and now, it would appear that the momentum has been lost. None of the subjects content is appearing on my daughter’s profile despite promises that it would be available today.
It is evident that no one has taken ownership of resolving this and seeing it through to resolution. Sadly the only way I know that I will be assisted, is by posting on this platform, which I am loathe to do, but I am so desperate I feel I am left with no choice!
Please can you get someone to take ownership & resolve this urgently?

Clearly you are completely oblivious of how painful it is to deal with you! If you really took this matter seriously I would've received a call or email from a senior person within the business to discuss this matter, at least this is how a mature organization handles complaints! Instead, you rather hide behind Hello Peter to do your dirty work for you and have any negative reviews removed from this site.
I no longer feel bad for posting my truth on this platform!
I am pretty sure that this will be removed swiftly, however this does not take away from the fact that there is no way that a parent can effectively communicate with Teneo as there is no contact number you can call, the numbers you can call go to an automated messaging system which sends you around in circles, the numerous email "alias's" I corresponded with, my emails were not attended to timeously. If you Google search for alternate contact information, it is old and outdated and when you ask for contact details of an escalation point these requests are blatantly ignored.

I received a call from Tsepo Tau to discuss my experience. He took the time to understand where my frustrations came into play, where things went awry and how things could've been handled differently to have avoided this and any future situations such as this.
Tsepo graciously apologized on behalf of Teneo and acknowledge their shortfalls with regards to my experience.
Tsepo was extremely professional and easy to communicate with. I am confident that Tsepo will be able to close the gaps to make it easier for parents to communicate with Teneo in the near future. I look forward to the plans Tsepo has in store.
