Bad experience with Teneo school

My daughter matriculated last year from Teneo school and I made an overpayment on her school fees. In October 2023 after checking the statement I made a request for a refund but today I have not received it. They do not reply to my emails and calls.

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

At Teneo, we process all customer refunds in batches after completing normal administrative and finance checks. Please note, refunds are not processed immediately upon customer request due to the necessary administrative and reconciliation process.

We are investigating the matter further and will revert as soon as possible.
