Bad communication from Teneo Education

We app**** 2 weeks ago for my son to start online schooling. when i try call them as i have had no response i get a recorded message on the land line that the number has changed or not in use. When you call on the cell number provided it just rings or goes straight to voicemail. They called me from the land line and when i call back the same recorded message. I want to pay for the month so he can start. I don't want to pay if they are not ligit and don't respond to emails and calls.
