AVOID THIS COMPANY
Avoid this company! It is unsurprising that their net-promoter score is so low!
Still waiting for a refund (nearly a month now) after the decided that they would not be able to enrol my son as he was previously home-schooled and didn't have a term report.
They are ignoring my request for proof that they have processed a refund and trying to using stalling tactics to refund me my money.
In the end, we went with Cambrilearn.
Avoid this company if you do not want to suffer the fate of emailing them on a daily basis to get responses.
Worse customer service ever!

Your refund request was officially received and prepared for processing on the 4th of April 2025. Unfortunately, due to recent changes in international refund processes mandated by the South African Reserve Bank (SARB), there was a delay in processing your refund. We communicated this to you and, in an effort to find a quicker solution, we also asked whether a South African bank account was available to facilitate an alternative method. You advised that this was not possible.
Our Finance team has completed the necessary manual application forms overcome the regulatory hurdles, and compiled the required supporting documentation, and submitted everything to the bank. We are now awaiting their final processing, after which we will be able to share the proof of payment with you.
We understand the inconvenience this delay may have caused and truly appreciate your patience. Please rest assured that we are actively following up with the bank and doing everything in our power to ensure the refund is processed as quickly as possible.
