Atrocious is an understatement. Be careful when you join up. Or rather don't.

With their assurance that the worst would not happen, I enrolled my daughter in IGCSE German classes, and they cancelled the subject 2 weeks INTO the new year, without consultation or previous correspondence. All I received after 2 weeks of nagging is "Kindly note that German is not offered from this year.". Then they have the audacity to refer me to one of THEIR websites for tutors. Nothing more. Meaning my daughter now has to redo a new subject or I have to pay a tutor 3 times the school amount.

Further, they still charge me for 6 subjects, while only providing 5.

And, as per Teneo's track record, they refuse to even reply to any of my emails. I am pursuing multiple actions against them now.

This is a warning to all potential parents considering this institution... don't. Rather pay extra and get less hassles. A friend of mine says "What you loose on the swings you make up for on the merry-go-round". What you gain here with confort, you loose on stress due to their bad admin and business.
