The administration and accounts department of the school is always unreachable queries is either left unanswered or takes forever to be resolved. The are unreachable via telephone if you indicate you are an existing Teneo client. when contacting the accounts connect you are also only able to get into the waiting room on the zoom call and never get into the call itself for the whole duration the call is open.
