A Great School but Could Use a Little More Compassion
We're extremely happy with how Teneo has helped our son grow into an independent individual - the school's approach has truly benefited him! However, our only concern is the lack of compassion when it comes to payment policies. After losing my job, I requested a payment date adjustment to the 5th of each month, which aligns with my new financial schedule. Unfortunately, the school's strict adherence to their policy resulted in our son missing his exams due to a timing issue. We understand and respect the policies, but some flexibility in exceptional cases would go a long way. We still love the school and hope they consider reviewing their policies to accommodate families in similar situations.

While we understand families sometimes face challenging circumstances, our policies are in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all families and to ensure Teneo allocates its resources to provide the best education for all our learners. Given the many thousands of learners in our school, we are not in a position to adjudicate the merits of individual financial circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
