WHY PAY IF YOU GET PUNISHED ANYWAY!!!
November i called and reduced my account , and installment rate i operate gave me amount , i especially paid early in December to make sure my account was paid now i getting called every 5 minutes telling me i cant pay reduced amount i was given as well,so i was misinform by operater ... and say my account is behind and have pay extra 65 for paying early..so im getting punished for paying my account and paying early HOW UNFAIR !!! IS THIS WAY TO TREAT LOYAL CLIENT
