WHAT A CIRCUS!!!!!!!!!!!

This CIRCUS IS RUN BY *********** individuals. I have been a loyal customer and paid on time, but I am yet receiving SMS notifications and emails with demands for Immediate payments with OVER DUE amounts, what on earth is going on, my credit score is being affected here, and my account has now moved over to Collections Department how on earth when I have paid on TIME? I have been the 1 calling to do follow-ups but I have received NO JOY in any follow-ups from the below clowns:

Mernay Johnson - from the Collections Department Candice Bernita Davids - who is also another clown who has NOT escalated my POP. Today I went through to another clown Manager, Anele Pantshwa, who fits the clowning Manager for the circus there as he himself had no resolution.

I want this sorted out ASAP !!! I am beyond annoyed! This Company is full of troupes, circus performers...
