Tenacity Inc Customer service is the worst i csme across

I have been receiving calls from Tenacity's call centre constantly looking for a female that i don't know. I feel so ****ed as i have asked to have my details cleared from their database and even emailed customer service. I sent screen shots of the calls i get and what was asked.... But low and behold they still email asking for sms's i recieved they need for screen shots...! Is it fair to use your own resources to sort out there problem? The customer service of TENACITY IS WAY BELOW STANDARDS. IM FED UP!
