Tenacity Inc & Ackermans are a circle in Hell

Would like to rate -100, I receive multiple calls of demand for payment on an account that i have paid diligently and I pay an average of R200 more than my instalment. I contacted Ackermans and Tenacity Inc on 15 May 2025 and still have not received assistance but have been told to email 4 different Tenacity Inc email addresses and when trying to call i have been sent from one department to another with no assistance . proof of payments, bank statements , calls, emails and no rectification only more demands of payment.
