Tenacity account opening for Ackermans

I have been trying to open an Ackermans account since last year June, after so many calls and excuses they will escalate, eventually after many phone calls a i am asked to resend the applications as they are no to old. I have send through a fresh application with all supporting documents the 11th of Jan 2021. I call every second day and it is still the excuse they will escalate my applicate it should take 48Hrs and I should receive a SMS. since June I received nothing back. seems like they don't want new business.
