Poor service delivery by tenacity inc and ackermans

Tenacity inc and ackermans have a poor customer service delivery, I've paid my account on the 11th of June and asked for it to be closed and I was told I over paid,I request for a refund and trust me from the 11th of june till now the 1st of july I was never refunded and I've sent them documents theu requested on the 11th. Everytime I call in I'm told about a new turn around time, I'm so tired of these 2 companies I'm never opening anything related to these 2, if you miss a payment they'll be calling you nonstop even telling you to create a payment plan but now since it's them that need to pay back,they always come up with something new for you to do on your end instead of refunding you
