Payment denied for Ackermans account

I am not happy with the service that I am currently receiving from Tenacity, they denied my payment for my Ackermans account and now that I am issuing them with proof of payment they are asking for ridiculous documentation that I will have to go out of my way and expose myself to the virus that is out there ****ing people while they working from the comfort of their own homes. All I want is my money back that I paid with no other supporting documentation that was requested in the first place. They even recorded this nonsense on my credit scoring and now I am busy doing damage control.
