pathetic service @ tenacity

pathetic service received from your call center, rather close it because some people do not know nor understand what customer service is. i get a call from your team, confirmed my name then the lady puts down the phone, next thing i get an sms stating that they cannot get hold of me and demands i pay R13.31. i call the Call center on *** - some lady answered, i gave her my ID and she put me on hold 5 minutes later she puts the phone down. telephone etiquette is out the window, please offer training your team in customer service department. soon i will close my account, i cannot be dealing with such nonsense and unprofessionalism.
