Pathetic agents

I called the call centre twice and first spoke to Sibongile and she kept she putting me on hold saying she's looking for my proof of payment then after thatvshe hung up the call, I called again and got through to Nozi who expected me to repeat information but she was not keep on repeating stuff on her side she also said she's gona put me on hold to check for my proof of payment and she hung up...we are using our own time and resources to call for God's sake..stop treating us like we are looking for donations when we actually pay our account.
